Social Media Marketing StrategistGreetings from NY, NY. I, JJ (formally known as Jesse Jordan), will be your host.
A deep-rooted New Yorker, I was born and raised in hippity-dippity Woodstock, just two hours north of NYC and loved every solitary minute of my snow-filled life there.
In attempt to switch gears, bask in the sun that melts your skin like butter and enjoy what I define as a higher quality of life (temporarily), I moved to Charleston, SC.
Rapidly advancing into the world of social media, FLASH Relations decided to make a much desired move back to NYC. Currently operating from NY, NY, FLASH Relations is virtually on the move, expanding and working with various clients, companies and accounts.
I am a writer, social media addict and entrepreneur, blogger, avid reader and tech. geek. I love people who challenge and invigorate me and networking. Network, network, network– that’s the name of my game. I’m an active member of the Social Media Club, meeting at least once every month. Activity breeds success, and becoming an active member in multiple clubs and groups helps stimulate innovative thinking and relationship development.
Growing up, I was the girl in elementary school whose grade marks were average. Not exceptionally talented in math, I forced myself to learn the world of numbers and theories so that one day I could tear through the other obstacles that presented themselves. None have proven themselves to be more difficult then finding the square root of 438475275235. Really, whenever is that in need? To this day, I still don’t get it.
Here’s the thing: No matter how hard I tried, the teacher would always write negative commentary in the remarks column of my report card. ”Jesse is a very bright and devoted student, but she is overly social. Talking too much is taking away from Jesse’s concentration time with her studies.”
NEWS FLASH! Perspective is reality, but their view wasn’t the same as mine. And so, you see, I decided at an early age to work even harder at building my social skills, charisma and networking contacts– Thus, leading me to my future occupation and degree in…(drum roll please) COMMUNICATIONS: Media! You know the old saying, “one man’s junk is another man’s treasure?” Well, their perceived flaw was my perceived forte. Don’t take everything to heart and don’t always believe everything you are told.
This is what I’m about and have to offer:
- Honesty
- Integrity
- Dedication
- Perseverance
I’m currently working hard to spread my writing around the globe and develop FLASH Relations into a full-service digital media freelance boutique firm.
FLASH Relations is built on a foundation of honesty and always strives to deliver the most personable, comfortable and professional services. We never promise more than we deliver and we never ask for anything that is not earned.
